Good and healthy extra virgin olive oil.

Our philosophy is based on a story inspired by the memory of a little bit special grandmother: mine. A grandmother who had a large jar of clay that kept locked in the cellar, in the cool and in the dark, just as she deserved a real treasure.
It happened that my grandmother had to restock the pantry: she took me by the hand, we went together down into the cellar, and she did something of magic: she removed the lid of the jar, putting it slowly across the floor, she helped me going up on an old stool wood and with a long aluminum ladle we gathered that precious liquid and poured into a gleaming glass bottle.
That was its oil, from hers olive trees, fresh, fragrant, even a little ‘spicy, a pleasure of the senses. Today the grandmother is gone and even her jar.
But there’s still that memory, with all the poetry of those simple gestures and taste of that oil so good. And there’s still that little girl, who is now grown up and decided not to leave a dream locked in a drawer: The dream of storing oil as her grandmother used to do, in the cool, in the dark, for it to become the best in the world, intact, natural and healthy.
